Terms of Service — Justice Fitness LLC (Online U.S. Service)

1) Nature of Services

Justice Fitness provides remote, app-based lifestyle coaching (education and accountability) via software platforms and private messaging. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

2) Place of Service (Important)

All services are performed online by Justice Fitness LLC (USA). For contractual purposes, services are deemed rendered in the United States. No in-person services are offered in El Salvador or elsewhere unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You confirm you are 18+ and will provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security.

4) Client Responsibilities

Consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition changes. Follow your plan, use proper form, and stop any activity that causes pain or distress.

5) Plans, Communication & Fair-Use

Plans and accountability are delivered through our coaching app and private messaging.

• Start: weekly check-in; replies ≤48 business hours (Mon–Fri)
• Strong: M/W/F check-ins; replies ≤24 business hours (Mon–Fri)
• Elite: weekday daily prompts; replies ≤12 business hours (Mon–Fri)
• VIP: weekday daily access; replies ≤6 business hours (Mon–Fri)

One DM thread/day; up to three short voice notes/day. Messages on weekends/holidays are answered next business day.

6) Session Credits (if purchased)

Credits are virtual coaching credits, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and reset each billing cycle. 12-hour notice required to avoid consuming a scheduled credit.

7) Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Refunds

Fees are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; access continues through the paid period. Our 30-Day Progress Guarantee applies as described on the product page; results vary.

8) Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Programs, videos, and materials are for your personal use only. Do not share or resell. We keep client information confidential except as required by law.

9) Disclaimers

Educational services only; no warranties of specific results. You assume inherent risks associated with exercise and nutrition changes.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Fitness LLC and its coaches are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justice Fitness LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12) Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
